A physical address adds another layer. Many real businesses list one in the footer or contact page or are legally required to in their terms. The developer name on the App Store, Google Play, or the Chrome Web Store should match the company you found in the registry and the terms of service. When the website says one company and the Play Store says a developer you've never heard of, ask why.
